Dr. Keith Lavine
Organizational Leadership Chair
Dr. Keith Lavine is an Assistant Professor in the Organizational Leadership program at Lewis. Prior to joining Lewis, he spent over ten years as both an internal and external Organizational Development consultant. He worked with a diverse client base that included Chicago Public Schools, Capital One, Exelon, Pfizer, Advocate Health Care, Sprint, and United Airlines. During that period, he also served as an adjunct faculty member at DePaul and Roosevelt Universities, and the College of Lake County. Dr. Lavine holds a doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DePaul University, with an emphasis in employee motivation. His professional credits include publishing articles and presenting on the topics of employee motivation, retention, performance evaluation, and corporate consciousness. He is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).
Dr. Lesley Page
Organizational Leadership MA Program Director
Dr. Lesley Page is an Assistant Professor in the Organizational Leadership program at Lewis University. Dr. Page has been active in organizational research and consulting for over 15 years. She has served clients from a wide variety of industries, including financial services, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, retail and healthcare. Dr. Page also worked for 7 years at Sears, Roebuck and Co. specializing in the measurement of employee engagement and commitment. Her expertise is in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. She has integrated these methodologies in employee satisfaction measurement projects, customer satisfaction projects, best practices research and team effectiveness research. Dr. Page has also been involved in leadership development programs and assessment. She is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
Dr. Richard Walsh
Organizational Leadership BA Program Director
Richard Walsh is an Associate Professor at Lewis University, Romeoville, Illinois and serves as Director of the Graduate Program in Organizational Leadership Studies. Before joining the Faculty of Lewis University's College of Arts and Sciences, he served as Secretary of Education in the Diocese of Joliet, from 1989 through 2001, working primarily in the area of leadership formation. Rich has served on the Adjunct Faculty of a number of universities across the nation addressing leadership in public service organizations. He has consulted with groups throughout the Midwest focusing on leadership formation. His research focuses on the constructing pathways to positive organizational emotion, and he continues qualitative research focused on emerging issues in leadership.
Organizational Leadership Director Technology and Online Support
Mary Woods Wolthusen is an Assistant Professor in the Organizational Leadership program at Lewis. Prior to joining Lewis, she spent five years as an independent contractor creating computer-based and web-based training modules for medium and large organizations. Prior to that, she worked at Dean Foods as Corporate Credit Manager and as Manager of Change Management. Ms. Woods Wolthusen is completing a doctorate in Leadership for the Advancement of Learning and Service from Cardinal Stritch University. Her professional credits include earning the Certified Credit Executive designation from the National Association of Credit Managers, being Vice Chair of the National Food Service Manufacturers Credit Group, and presenting on the topic of change management. She is an active volunteer with Young Hearts for Life. She is a member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).
Organizational Leadership Visiting Assistant Professor
Sheila Boysen-Rotelli has a varied professional background that includes supply chain and logistics, talent management, recruitment and selection and professional coaching. These roles spanned a number of industries as well as both public and private organizations. She completed her coach education at the University of Texas at Dallas in their Executive, Professional and Career Coaching program and received her PCC certification from the International Coach Federation. She was elected to the executive board of the Chicago Coach Federation in 2011 and is still serving as treasurer. She also holds a Professional Human Resources certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute. Her doctoral studies at Benedictine University in Organization Development include extensive research on Coaching and Talent Management. Sheila is passionate about helping students to succeed and helping individuals find their ideal careers.
