How can an MA in Organizational Leadership help advance my career?

This Master's is focused on organizational behavior and communication, managing change, and personal/interpersonal effectiveness. It will thus prepare you to take on a leadership role in your organization. With concentrations in organizational management, not-for-profit management, public administration, training and development, as well as the management of higher education/student services, you can customize your degree and learn the skill sets most relevant to your professional advancement.

In what format are online courses offered?

Online courses are offered in 8-week sessions.

How quickly can I complete the MA in Organizational Leadership?

If you take just one 8-week course each session it will take about two years. Some students take a blend of courses and complete requirements in just 18 months. Others may need to skip a session due to home, family, and job commitments. Because the courses are offered in an accelerated format, on a year-round basis, they accommodate students who wish to enroll continuously, as well as those who need to take courses at a slower pace. There is a seven-year limit on the time a student may take to complete the program.

Do I have to start the program in the Fall?

No. We offer rolling admission into the program. You may start the program at six different times each year. There are two opportunities to start in the Fall, Spring, or Summer semesters.
