This coursework is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). The MAOL with the Coaching concentration is one of the few programs available that offers ICF preparation for credentialing within the context of an online master’s degree program. During the four coaching courses, you will aquire 50 of the 100 hours of coaching experience you need to sit for the ICF’s credentialing exam.
Unlike most of the other Organizational Leadership courses, the Coaching concentration courses have a set class time. These will be conducted via Adobe® Connect™ web conferencing, which allows for effective working sessions with students all over the country. The sessions will be live and will involve both instructor and peer coaching.
