Tips for Leading Millennials - Infographic

Millennials – those born approximately between 1982 and 2004 – are increasingly dominating today’s workforce. Forbes estimates millennials will account for as much as 75 percent of the workforce by 2030.1

If you are a training and development professional, it is important for you to cultivate an understanding of millennials and what it is they are looking for in their careers. Research shows millennials want training programs that leverage their strengths, as well as trustworthy managers that show positive recognition and the opportunity to grow within an organization.

Training and development professionals play an important role in engaging millennials by creating an environment where they can realize their goals and experience genuine job satisfaction.
